All that being said. I can’t give 5 stars because we were there on a Friday night and we were the only customers there. The sales guy never said a word to us. He was just on his phone the whole time.
We’ll visit again in a few weeks and see what happens.
Definitely surprised by this place. I figured it was just another pet store (we have four in a one mile radius) but it actually had different offerings which was nice. Many more choices in the natural space in terms of food, treats and medications. They also have a self service dog wash which is awesome! Toy selection is just okay but that won't deter me from coming back. This is now my first choice in pet stores in the area.
That place is super clean inside and stocked full.. I didn’t see any outs at all while I shopped. It’s pretty cool that you can wash your dog here in the “wash area”. They also had kitties here you could play with.
Love this place. They carry orijen dog food, which is the best. Dakota is great and works hard. Is a asset to this store. Love giving my doggies a bath here every week.
Good pet store with showers for you dog. Good variety of food and accessories and helpful employees. One of their employees, Dakota, is a vet technician and very knowledgeable.
Pet Valu is my favorite place to go for pet needs. The staff, especially Dakota, are so helpful and make every visit pleasant. Additionally, the staff is so knowledgeable and are sure to let you know about deals and upcoming events. Pet Valu is the only place we have found affordable and high quality vitamins for our rescue cat who suffers from regular upper respiratory infections. No longer do we have a lower energy congested kitty but instead a playful cat who loves zooming around the house. Once again, I highly suggest Pet Valu not only for the quality products but for the friendly and knowledgeable staff.
