Terrible experience. Placed an order for delivery and an hour later I still didn't have my pizza so I called in and they said it was carry out which it wasn't. The lady I talked to said they could put new pizzas in the oven since the ones I ordered had been sitting there for so long. So I went to go get the pizza and asked if they put the new ones in which they said they didn't know anything about. Clearly the staff isn't very informed on how the company works and the communication was embarrassingly poor.
Ordered a pizza for delivery a few days ago and was estimated 2 hour wait. Since we weren't that hungry, we were willing to wait despite the long wait. When the pizza arrived, it really didn't taste all that great. Later received an email apologizing for the long wait and were offered a free large pizza of our choice. We did pick up for the pizza and found the quality to be much better and tastier. We definitely appreciated the customer service and fixing of the past issue.
