Ordered online, they charged my card just to call me back and say their ovens went down and they wouldn't be able to put the money back on my card for a day or two. So no dinner and no immediate refund. Not to mention when I asked for some kind of compensation for the inconvenience the manager said there was nothing she could do at the moment. I won't be ordering from them ever again.

Customer service was great but was told 30 to 40 minutes for delivery it was over an hour and they forgot our ranch that I paid for.
