Wayne Health has been taking care of our town for years. They understand the needs of our community and do their best to meet those needs. As a nurse of 30 years, I have called on them countless times and their great staff has always come through!
I have been served here for several years. ALWAYS outstanding service and care. Staff go above and beyond. I definitely recommend them to others. Especially for CPAP needs.
Consistently poor service. I get the same order filled every month from them (and have for two years) and its always a run around. The price varies depending on who you talk to, they don't bill the insurance correctly, sometimes I can pick it up in one building, other times I get sent to the other one, sometimes they can't find my prescription, and the lines are always long...its never a quick in and out. Unfortunately, they are the only supply store in the county that has what I need. Definitely could benefit from better management.
I called them on break from work to make a payment but forgot my receipt... I know that was bad on part but they can look it up... So i was no hold for almost 20 minuets. Then the lady who finally decided to take my call asked how much it was & i told her the amount i though it was & she said so you want to make that payment... I said sure but can you check to see if that is the right amount (which was less then i thought) & she was rule & said wait & explained to me that computer was in another room but i needed to know the right amount i was not going to pay extra, she then stated so you will pay the amount i stated & said i want to know how much it is 1st so i pay it all & also i dont want to over pay ... so she came back with the full amount & i paid it... 1st she was rude & wanted me to pay extra because she was lazy for one & 1. who would set up a system that you have to go to two different areas: 1. to look up amounts & another to pay the bill... Kind of dumb & they are so rude there...
Ordered a cane over 3 weeks ago told I'd get a call I've called 3 times and have been told they'd call me back and have never gotten a call back this place is complete crap
