I went on a Thursday morning at 9am right when it opened, there was a line outside the door. I waited for 40 mintues before being worked with, while I waited it smelled like smoke. The man at window A was who we worked with and he got everything done but had a rude demeanor. Overall trip was frustrating.
I asked them to help me fix my ssi and did the opposite and made it worse
The wait wasn't long, the agents were kind, understanding, knowledgeable, and professional. They helped me with my problem and even followed up with more help by phone.
Said they can't help us because case is open in another office. Isn't all Social Security federal and the same thing? The lady also was pretty rude behind the cubicles and j don't think she realized we could hear her.
