Customer service is good, i have waited a month for a washer i ordered it November 23rd it was suposed to be there December 14 was not there they then proceeded to tell me it will be in store on December 16th, then i was told i would be lucky if it got there before Christmas, i understand things happen but it should not take a month, hopefully it comes in today like they said, i will not be ordering anything else from them
Purchased a large toolbox that was missing some hardware. Instead of making me wait for replacement hardware. Troy ( I'm assuming is the owner or manager) took me next door to RKO and purchased the missing hardware for me right there on the spot. I was very impressed with his professionalism and kindness.
We bought a washer and dryer 2 years ago from that work great! Well the dryer knob wasn't working so I called the store to ask what I should do and the girl there told me to Google it! She didn't say "We don't take care of that but if you call the manufacturer they may know!" What a world we live in that the woman didn't even know how to properly assist a customer over the phone!
This Sears store is independently owned. They are local folks that still believe in good old fashioned customer service. I really like the new location, much more convient, and cleaner. If they don't have an item in store they will order it for you. Pet friendly, also.
