Best Buy, Wooster...Javondus is a keeper!!!
Wooster Best Buy has many great employees.
One important note; it you have Verizon, Sprint or AT&T, you shouldn't buy your phone from anyplace other than Best Buy. I just bought a new phone from this store. The phone listed for $940. After the trade in for my old phone, an additional $150 off, provided only by Best Buy, and additional products offered by Samsung worth around $140, I paid far less than I would have at a Verizon direct store. Their employees are also far more knowledgeable than Verizon's.

I did the crazy thing of shopping at Best Buy during black Friday and it was extremely busy. However I will say that the staff was very nice and helpful. During this visit I purchased a Cell phone and there was a longer wait but I can attribute that to everyone signing up for plans for the sale. Looking at all the departments around me, it appeared as though they had a good rhythm and there was not too much chaos throughout the store. I can attribute that to good stuff. I will shop here again.
Always check this Best Buy before buying electronics or appliances.
I was one of the crazies who showed up on Black Friday. They had plenty of staff to help out and so many great deals. My only concern is that the inventory was off... If I had have just looked around like I did I would have left without the game I went in to buy!
Tonight Javondus was wonderful! He was able to make a change or two to correct that my phone was unable to send or receive texts , phone calls and voice messages! He was so kind, patient and polite! I am very technologically challenged and he did not make me feel uncomfortable at all for needing help! If Best Buy has any kind of company recognition for their associates I truly ask that he will be considered for it!!!
Because it's neither a Magnolia or big box the store, it doesn't carry the higher end products or a broad selection of products. However, the stores employees are very helpful and they can order products from other stores; most will arrive in a day or two.
The store's pricing is competitive but don't expect them to match retailers like B and H Electronics that sell products sourced from other countries without factory warranties.
