Friendly staff...stopped in for a question and was helped right away and treated with respect even though I'm not even with AT&T... I've been looking into switching to AT&T when the Note8 comes out.

Great phones, great coverage, way better than Verizon worthless. I would never go back. I work in too many rural areas in need good service and AT&T is the one to provide my needs.
Haven't had any issues with service and the online service is great. However, the store in Wooster messed up what phone is supposed to be as main phone and also mislead us in thinking if we traded in our phones we get both credit towards our verizon bill that was 400 dollars and in store credit. Turns out its either one and it was to late by the time I found out. The store never returned calls had to go through several customer service online reps to find out the answers.
