I've never had problems in the store but online ordering is awful!!!! I will never ever order online again!!! I placed my order online December 9th and wasnt post marked till the 20th and finally received it the 26th. I tried calling customer service for 2 days and couldn't speak to anyone i kept getting hung up on. I had to send a email to get ahold of someone. All i ordered was 2 gift cards if i knew i would of had so many problems i would of went to the store.
Really nice selection (and free popcorn is a bonus!) - we found kids' recliners at a better price than what we could find on Amazon or at some other big-name stores. Then, we turned around and found bird seed for the bird feeding fanatic.

good store for out door type things and farm stuff, but just a sugestion.... GET YOUR AIR CONDITIONING FIXED! or find a way of moving air. i have been in the store multiple times this summer and about 10 min is all we can stand its like walking in a sauna. even farm fans sitting around would help if your budget is tight. but everyone knows since the 1960s everyone wants a cool store to shop in. sorry guys ill see you next winter, for now ill go to TSC.
