Do not use west side storage. Very rude when you call in. They locked my storage out. And I called in they said they did not lock my storage out so I showed them a picture. They did not apologize once. Chris the owner Said they would go take it off and didn't. Finally after three call in and three weeks of waiting they take it off and still not even so much as a simple apology. Tom is very mouthy and always hangs up on you. These two guys should never answer the phone. Absolutely disrespectful!!!
I have been renting units for the past 6months from here and it has been very pleasant experience ...Chris and Tom have been very accommodating and great to do business with!
Call to found out the price of their storage units and how much the deposit was. Rep was in a hurry and hung up on me before answering my question.
