Today I took my 3 yr old twin granddaughters here for new shoes. They were badly behaved BUT no one came to help me with their shoes. I had to go to the front of the store to get the matches to the one shoe they each had on. When the young man at the counter saw me coming he turned around and started doing something on the other side of the counter and tried to ignore me! When I went to pay he asked me if I wanted the shoe boxes, since the kids had their new shoes on, Duh, of course. Then I had to put their old shoes in the bag my self, he never offered. Very unfriendly!! I've had good experiences at this store before but today was terrible. No service, very unhelpful!! Not sure I'd ever return!
