Freedlander is decent public park. It has a well stocked pond for fishing, frisbee golf course, and several gathering g areas with tables and shelters. It is clear the park is under funded. Maintenance is spotty and the trails/shelters need work. It is reasonably safe and well used by the public.
Free WiFi available. A large playground for children. They have walking trails, and disc golf. There is a large community pool. They have a nice pond to walk around, and do allow catch and release to teach small children to fish. Very close to Burbank rd, which has a lot of shopping, places to eat, and a movie theater.
Great playground!! Plenty of places to walk around and cute little lake with a gazabo.
Need extra frisbees for that course. Start points and upkeep would be a plus. Walked around awhile to find the first hole. Gave up after 1st hole, the 2nd hole was a jungle. The park and pool looks great.
