We called and got a reservation this last week. We booked our reservation based upon previous reviews. I am happy to say not disappointed in the least. Place was very clean and staff very good. I have stayed at a lot more expensive and they are not as nice as this place.
This hotel is great for the price! They are obviously in the process of up-dating. The pool was warm and clean. Our room was clean and me our needs. The hot breakfast was good for the price we paid. My only issue was how crowded the dining area was. I cannot rave about the friendly and fast staff. Our little girl accidentally left her pig, she has had since infancy, and they called us right away and kept the pig safe until we were able to get it. They helped us avert a catastrophe!!!
The rooms were clean, a little small but you get what you pay for. Still one of the cleanest places I've stayed. The pool area was very nice as well.
They had a roll away and pack n play ready in the room for our little ones, the room and bathroom were clean, the pool was very nice! The guy who checked us in was fine, not nice, but not rude, but the lady the next morning was very friendly! The room smelled a little funny, maybe it used to be a smoking room many years ago, but only noticed it upon first entering. Breakfast was ok, cereals, breads and bagels and such, waffle iron, instant oatmeal, eggs and sausage and country gravy. Being vegan, my options were a type of bread with PB for protein, or dry cereal or instant oatmeal. Coffee was very hot, not amazing, but it had caffeine so fulfilled its purpose!
Stayed here for one night as we were on our way to the nfl hall of fame. Really enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and super clean. The front desk was friendly and helpful. And after a long car ride, the kids had a great long swim. Needless to say we slept well that night. Would stay again when we come back.
