Not happy. Mammography machine is down, only schedule procedure on certain days. I was half way there before they called.
Wooster Hospital and Cleveland clinic are ran by the same doctors. The doctors are just out to make money. All they ever want to do is run tests and scans. They never have answers to questions just more and more scans and tests. I ended up finding a new doctor 2 1/2 hours away and finally got answers and my health is where is should be. I am finally feeling good. I had nothing that Wooster and Cleveland Clinic tried saying i had. If i would have kept going here they would have killed me by now. Learn to put the patient first and not your wallets.
I would not even recommend this place to my worst enemy. All these doctors want to do is send you for scans and tests over and over. Writing out prescriptions for anything and everything. They are just out to make money. Cant give straight answers. Stay clear of this place unless you like staying sick and like being in debt with no answers.
I found the staff to be very friendly and professional. Dr testrake was great! Made it a point to include me in everything he was recording and explained it in terms I understood. Very comfortable with him and felt he truly cared!! Excellent experience.
