I love Flex Yoga! So many classes to fit what I need. If I need a relaxation class, Release and Rejuvenation is the place to go. If I want an awesome workout, Piyo, Barre, or Power Vinyasa Flow is there for me. Or if I want to fly, Aerial Yoga will get my feet of the ground! And there's more! love it :)

The studio is beautiful and roomie, the energy brought in from the instructor's even the students is warming and caring. You can see and feel the community Flex has created and they welcome everyone in that community with open arms. The possibilities of trying new things is endless at Flex. Never be shy to try something new, the instructor's are very helpful so don't be shy to ask questions because they have answers!
