I ordered flowers for a wedding ONE week before the wedding and not only did they come in on time, but they were BEAUTIFUL! The ladies at the shop were super helpful and the prices were great! I am more then impressed with the flowers I received and will definitely use this shop again!

We chose Wooster Floral & Gifts for tux rental and fresh flowers for my son's wedding on August 19, 2017. Katrina was very helpful and professional! The choice she helped us make on the variety of flowers we purchased in bulk were perfect! The centerpieces we assembled with the flowers turned out fabulous. My son's tux looked great and Katrina made sure the process was quick and easy for us! I would highly recommend them if you are looking for these types of service.
I want to thank Wooster Floral & Gifts for their excellent customer service. They went above and beyond for me. I mistakenly placed my order for the wrong day for my cousin's funeral. They called me to let me know of the mistake. Then offered to deliver the order somewhere else. Thank goodness my other cousin lives in Wooster so they were able to deliver my order to her. They didn't have to do that. They could have said "Oh well, too bad." I will definitely recommend them to everyone!
